VDSL offers new opportunities in two key areas: Corporate data network - symmetric version; Super high-speed data transmission in the direction of the user - for example, users in residential buildings.
The main difference between ADSL and VDSL is the data rate. VDSL provides much higher data transfer rates, albeit at a short distance. In contrast ADSL, VDSL could operate in an asymmetric, and symmetric mode.
VDSL technology provides maximum 52 mbit/s, minimum 16 mbit/s.
